Body of 66-year-old man reported missing found in water canal in Busia

Police
in Bunyala, Busia County are investigating the death of a 66-year-old man who
was reported two days ago, only for his body to be found in a water canal on
Sunday.

OCPD Isaiah Mose said Joseph Ong’udi was reported missing in the Burangasi area
after he visited his family on Friday evening.
His
body was found in an irrigation canal without injuries, police said.
It
was removed to the Port Victoria mortuary as investigations got underway.
