The comfortable win followed another 3-0 sets demolition of Chad on Wednesday as the Elisha Aliwa-led charges continued to send a statement of intent in their return to the African Games scene since 2011, when they finished third in Maputo, Mozambique.
Led by captain Brian Melly, Wafalme defied the roaring home fans to stun the hosts 25-21 in a scintillating first set.
Ghana came with an urge to pull up a comeback in the second set but they were put to the sword by brilliant Kenyans who won 25-21.
The home side had little to fight for in the third set as they seemed to have already given up allowing Wafalme to put the match beyond their reach with a 25-14 win.
The thumping meant Wafalme had now completed a treble over the hosts following 3-0 and 3-2 wins in last year’s Africa Nations Championships held in Egypt.
The resounding victory put the Kenyans on top of Group A on six points ahead of the Gambia clash on Monday.
Wafalme will be seeking to dispatch the winless Gambia to join their counterparts Malkia Strikers in quarterfinals as the search for medals continues.
