Kenya Police Bullets tactician David Vijago believes nothing will stop them from clinching the FKF Women’s Premier League for the third time in a row.

The law enforcers cemented their supremacy after a 9-0 demolition of four-time champions Vihiga Queens on Saturday at Police Sacco Stadium.

Margaret Kunihira and Emily Moranga scored a brace each as Faith Mboya, Zainah Namuleme, Terry Engesha, Lorna Nyarinda and Rebecca Okwaro notched one each to complete the rout which leaves them at the apex with 49 points, two ahead of second-placed Ulinzi Starlets as Kibera Soccer Women, Trinity Starlets and Vihiga complete top five with 34, 33 and 31 points – in that order.

Speaking to Citizen Digital, the former Kibera Soccer Women coach, who took charge of the Police Sacco Stadium-based side on October 1, 2025, replacing Beldine Odemba, hailed her charges for the win and insisted they are focused on winning their remaining fixtures.

“It was a very sweet win for us which was due to proper training and determination. Wining with a big margin gives us hope that we can make it again as the FKF WPL champions for the third time in row.

Only two points separates us from the second-placed Ulinzi and it makes it tighter but I’m calling on my girls to push harder in the remaining three fixtures to ensure we win all of them to achieve the dream,” she advised.

Elsewhere, Elizabeth Mideva and Sharlyne Nambengele scored a brace each as Beverline Adika scored one to help Ulinzi Starlets thrash Gideon Starlets 5-0 at the Ulinzi Sports Complex.

Kayole Starlets picked maximum points against Trinity Starlets following a 2-1 win in one of the double header fixtures at Police Saco Stadium as Kibera Soccer Women beat Bugoma Queens 4-3 at Dandora Stadium, as Zetech Sparks stumbled after a 1-0 loss in the hands of Soccer Assassins at Nyang’ori High.
