Bungoma: 8 suspects arrested, crude weapons seized in Sikusi

Eight suspects are in police custody after they were arrested in Sikusi area, Bungoma County.

Officers from Bungoma Police Station intercepted a vehicle on Thursday along the Chwele-Bungoma Road, leading to the arrest of eight suspects.

During a search of the vehicle, police recovered an assortment of crude weapons.

All suspects were taken to the police station, pending processing and arraignment.
"The National Police Service reaffirms its steadfast commitment to serving and protecting the public," police said.
