Concern amid rising monkey bite cases in Kitale

Environmental degradation currently ongoing in Kitale has caused the challenge of human-wildlife conflict.

Residents of Lessos in Kitale, are living in fear of monkey attacks.

The residents have recorded fifteen incidents of monkey bites over the last two months. They now want the Kenya Wildlife Service to move with haste and reign in the marauding primates.
