Speaking at a church fundraiser at Magunga SDA Church, Mbadi accused political figures of exploiting the youth for personal political gain at the expense of national peace and stability.
“The political class must stop misleading young people to advance their personal agendas through chaos and violence,” he said.
The former Suba MP warned that continued politicization of youth-led movements risks plunging the country into tribal divisions that could take generations to heal.
He urged leaders across the political spectrum to put partisan interests aside and focus on building a united, stable nation rather than escalating tensions for short-term political gains.
