Fistula: Associated with women but silently traumatising men

The inability to contain urine or stool better known as fistula condition is often associated with complications arising from giving birth in women.

But a significant number of men also suffer from fistula. And as Anne Mawathe reports, although the problem has a medical cure, many men tend to suffer in silence.
