- His core mission is to leverage his international experience to make a meaningful impact on his motherland, with a clear focus on bridging cultural diversity and fostering local pride.
Wallace’s strategy is built on a dual vision for bridging cultures and driving economic growth.
"My primary goal is to strengthen the local entertainment industry by nurturing a deeper love for Kenyan music," he said.
"Professionally, I want to channel my efforts and investments into three key sectors:entertainment, agribusiness/agritech and waste management since I view them as vital for sustainable national development."
To achieve this in entertainment, Wallace plans a hands-on, mentorship-driven approach.
The business magnate intends to collaborate with established local producers to help identify and nurture new talent.
"A crucial part of my plan is to educate upcoming artists on treating music as a serious business, providing them with the blueprint for sustainable careers beyond just creativity," he revealed.
Drawing from his exposure to major corporations abroad, Wallace is eager to apply what he calls the "blueprint to building a fortune 500 company" within the Kenyan context.
His ultimate measure of success will be tangible local impact: "Creating substantial employment opportunities for the youth and helping to establish business cultures that champion and support local consumption across entertainment and other key industries."
