IWG, the global leader in flexible workspace solutions, has joined forces with renowned aggregate firm Karsan Ramji (Ndovu Cement) to introduce the first co-working space along Mombasa Road.
This groundbreaking venture is set to launch at the
prestigious Purple Tower, marking a major milestone in Kenya’s evolving
commercial landscape.
The new facility at Purple Tower is designed to accommodate
professionals across the board—from freelancers and startups to large
enterprises seeking agility in their office arrangements.
With cutting-edge amenities, high-speed internet, and
thoughtfully designed workspaces, the co-working hub is poised to enhance
productivity and foster collaboration.
A standout feature of this new space is its home—Purple Tower,
a Green Edge-certified building that champions sustainability and eco-friendly
design.
"We are delighted to partner with Karsan Ramji on this
transformative project," said Peter Kibera, Country Manager E.A at IWG.
"This new workspace will not only redefine co-working in Nairobi but also
strengthen our commitment to providing flexible, sustainable office solutions
for today’s dynamic workforce."
Echoing this excitement, Karsan Ramji CEO Kishor Varsani
remarked: "Launching this co-working space at the Green Edge-certified
Purple Tower is a game-changer for Nairobi’s commercial real estate. Our goal
is to introduce forward-thinking office solutions, and this collaboration with
IWG sets a new benchmark for co-working in the region."
Set to open in May, the co-working space will offer a variety
of membership plans, ranging from hot desks to private offices, tailored to
different professional needs.
