Jubilee Health Insurance has been named a top performer at the Marketing World Awards (MWA) 2025, winning two key honours for its recent marketing initiatives. The insurer received the Healthcare Campaign of the Year award for its “Always With You – One Year of Care” campaign, which highlighted the company’s emergency medical support, telemedicine services, home-based care and wellness programs. The campaign was designed as a digital-led effort focused on customer experience.
The firm’s Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications, Monica Chege, was also recognised as Marketing Trailblazer of the Year, an award given to professionals credited with notable creativity and strategic impact in the marketing sector.
The Marketing World Awards, considered among the region’s prominent recognitions for marketing excellence, spotlight organisations and individuals demonstrating innovation in digital engagement, storytelling and customer-focused communication.
