LSK's Faith Odhiambo urges joint efforts to tackle issues in real estate industry

Speaking during the Association of  Real Estate Annual Dinner, the LSK boss emphasized that joint efforts are key to addressing the challenges facing the industry. 

Faith also called for closer engagement between LSK and the Ministry of Lands to address the growing concern over illegitimate title deeds which has left many land owners uncertain about the legality of their property.  

“We have already seen the various challenges that are in the industries, complaints in the ministry of lands about corruption, inefficiencies and the constant challenges not only at the land registries but also approvals from the various county governments as well and the challenges thereafter that arise for those who are taking loan facilities,” the LSK boss said.
