Majembe: Why you should look forward to my planned fight with Mbavu Destroyer

The fight is between two amateur boxers, Majembe and Mbavu Destroyer. 

In a chat with Citizen Digital, Majembe, who was training ahead of the fight, said that the hyped match is a good thing for the sport in Kenya, adding that more youth should show passion for sports.

"We thank the president for being part of this. It means a lot for us as youth, and we look forward to April when the fight will happen," Majembe said.

The boxer said that as part of his preparation, he is keen on what he consumes, revealing that he has been big on proteins and intense training. 

He has a personal trainer who has been taking him through the basics, even as his opponent pulls stunts online as part of the hype. 

"I look forward to winning the contest so that I can support more people, more youth need support especially in boxing," Majembe added. 

The boxer promises a show to the fans who look forward to the fight.
