A motion to impeach Nairobi governor Evans Kidero failed to take off this afternoon after ODM MCAs roughed up a colleague behind the motion. Samuel Nyangwara, the Viwandani Ward representative who also belongs to ODM was forced to cut short his motion after the MCAs physically stopped him from proceeding.
