Nyamira: Appeals for help as 14-year-old girl goes missing

A family in Nyaigesa Mong’oni village, Rigoma ward, within Kitutu Masaba Constituency, Nyamira County, is living in fear following the disappearance of their 14-year-old daughter.

Speaking to Citizen Digital, her mother, Mary Kemunto, said that her daughter, Debora Moraa, left home on Monday last week, and despite efforts to find her, there has been no success.

Kemunto explained that on the material day, the girl woke up as usual to get ready for school, but later her school uniform was found in the bathroom, while she herself had disappeared and no one knows where she went.

The family is now appealing to the public for assistance, asking anyone with information about Moraa’s whereabouts to come forward.

They also urged members of the public to report to the nearest police station.
