Leopards found the back of the net through Victor Omune in the 25th minute before Seal’s restored parity in the 32nd minute through Samuel Semo.
Okoth has however faulted officials for what he termed as poor officiating during the match.
“Today the match was good and we have put in everything and that is a credit to the boys. Although when you look at the officiating I want to personally say that there are a lot of questions to be answered”, Okoth said.
At the same time, Okoth has assured his team will come back strongly after the festive holidays.
“Going forward the boys are definitely taking a break but expected to return much stronger and ready for what lies ahead.
We want to thank the fans who have been coming to our matches, pushing players and enjoying together with us.
Let them hope that we are going to have good times for this team this season,” Okoth added.
Seal’s are placed eighth in the league standings with 23 points after 16 rounds having won six, drawn five and lost five.
The Central Kenya-based team has had a dream start to their debut season in the top flight league having floored big wigs including Tusker FC, Sofapaka and Kakamega Homeboyz.
Meanwhile, Leopards are ranked 13th with 15 points.
