Probe as robbers steal from granny, 86, burn her to death inside house

Sorrow gripped a family in Koinange village, Githabai ward, Nyandarua County, after an 86-year old woman was burnt to death in her house.
It is suspected that the fire was started by robbers, who made away with her TV, lead-acid accumulator and a gas cooker.
The body was found by Grace Wanja's grandson, Jacob Wang'ondu, on Monday.
The body was taken to Engineer hospital mortuary.
Police have launched investigations into the death.
