Rhumba legend Mbilia Bel drums up support for Raila as she joins Azimio campaigns in Nyeri

Rhumba legend Mbilia Bel on Tuesday joined the campaign caravan of the Azimio la Umoja One Kenya coalition party, led by its presidential candidate Raila Odinga and his running mate Martha Karua, in Nyeri.

Mbilia Bel was invited to the podium by Odinga, upon which her 2017 smash hit ‘Nakei Nairobi’ was then played.

The Rhumba queen made a quick address to the crowd, urging Nyeri residents to vote for Odinga and Karua.

She was then joined on stage by the other politicians as she belted out the popular tune, a favourite of most Rhumba lovers.
