Three armed robbers arrested after high-speed chase in Nakuru

Three suspected criminals have been arrested after a high-speed chase in Nakuru County.
The trio was arrested on Sunday after police officers based at Bondeni Police Station received distress calls from residents within the Manyani and Kivumbini Estates about a gang of three armed men robbing residents while riding a motorcycle around the estates.
According to the National Police Service (NPS), responding officers conducted a pursuit of the suspects, as the chase resulted in their interception and arrest within Manyani Estate.
Police recovered weapons and a motorcycle used in carrying out the crimes.
The three have been placed in custody at Bondeni Police Station awaiting processing and arraignment in court.
