Kenya Set To Launch Africa’s First Biogas Power Plant

A new biogas plant with a capacity to generate 2 point 2 megawatts of electricity has been set up in Naivasha. The facility, which is Africa’s first biogas power plant, will use vegetable residue to produce power that will soon be injected into the national grid.
