Knight Frank earns GTC Tower lease deal

The firm has subsequently signed an agreement with the tower’s proprietor- AVIC International Real Estate Kenya Limited.

The tower hosts prime office spaces with a triple A standards rating which cover 42 floors.

The GTC tower is a 184-metre skyscraper along Nairobi’s Westlands area and is one of the City’s tallest buildings.

The tower is part of Kenya’s first project which features a hotel, offices, parking, a shopping mall, a convention centre and apartments- all in the same vicinity.
