Safaricom postpones system maintenance scheduled for Sunday night

Safaricom has rescheduled a planned system maintenance set for Sunday, July 14 to Monday, July 15 to allow customers to continue enjoying their mobile services.
The nighttime (11pm to 4am) maintenance was set to affect access to Lipa na M-PESA, Paybill and Buy Goods services, International Money Transfers (Western Union) and M-PESA Global services.
M-PESA App and mySafaricom App were also set to be available intermittently.
"Calls, data, SMS and all other M-PESA services will be available as usual. The timing of this maintenance has been planned to result in the least inconvenience to our customers," read part of the earlier communiqué.
Safaricom says the scheduled maintenance will be pushed to an unspecified date.
