Two killed in Bomet road crash

Two people died on the spot in the Kipisarwet area along the Bomet-Narok highway in a Saturday night accident involving a boda boda and a bus.

According to Bomet County traffic boss Amos Namasaka, the Narok Kisii Classic bus collided head-on with the oncoming boda boda. 

The boda boda rider and his passenger perished and their bodies were taken to Longisa Hospital mortuary.

Namasaka added that the circumstances of the accident could not be immediately established and the wreckage was towed to Longisa police station.
