'I lost 8.7 liters of fat,' Youtuber Murugi Munyi reveals after Liposuction

The content creator, formerly known as Yummy Mummy, revealed via her Instagram stories that she underwent an operation on her midsection on Thursday, February 3.

“Hi guys, you’ve not heard my voice for like three days, I am doing fine, I actually didn’t want to speak but I decided to, the pain medications I was given are quite strong. I am feeling a lot better, yesterday the pain was crazy but today the pain is less and they said it’s going to keep getting less,” she said.

“Do you all want to see the 8.7 litres of fat that they took out my midsection,” wrote Munyi.

Munyi also revealed that she is currently recovering by posting a photo of her medically bandaged midsection.

“My tummy is currently completely strapped up and compressed so there’s nothing to see here, it’s still a long road ahead,” said Munyi.

Munyi has already gotten alot of queries about the details of the liposuction from her social media followers, which she promised to disclose once she is fully recovered.

“A lot of people are asking me about details of the place I did it, and recovery, but guys given I only just did this two days ago, I am not in a position to answer those questions, once I have fully recovered, I will definitely do a video or something,” Munyi said.

Since the birth of her third child on January 19, 2020, the mother of three has been open about her health and fitness journey.

She's always emphasized the importance of striking a balance between self-confidence and maintaining a healthy and strong body.

“Finding the balance between loving my body as it is right now while working to be healthier, fitter, stronger has been life changing for me especially in my thirties,” she wrote.
