Jada made the comment on her show, The Red Table Talk while interviewing fellow actress and business woman Gwyneth Paltrow.
The two actresses were talking about the struggle of maintaining a good sex life in a marriage that has been in existence for many years such as that of Jada and Will.
Jada said: “It’s hard. The thing that Will and I talk about a lot is the journey, I mean we started in this at a very young age, you know, twenty two years old.”
The show host added that, when it comes to the bedroom affairs, she expects her husband to know what she wants even without asking.
“I think you expect your partner to know, especially when it comes to sex. It’s like, well, if you love me you should know, you know what I mean? If you love me, you should be able to read my mind.”
She went on to say that even though she tries, talking about sex is uncomfortable but also very healthy.
“Tell me what you need, tell me what you want and on top of it I know that I have to be accountable to do the same. I really try, it’s uncomfortable but it’s deeply healthy and I think around sex because it’s something that we don’t talk about a lot and there’s so much fantasy around it.”
This is not the first time that Jada Pinkett Smith is in the news over her marriage.
The last time a video of her show The Red Table Talk went viral when she talked about her cheating allegations artist August Alsina, what she came to refer to as an ‘entanglement.’
