Rihanna, A$AP Rocky welcome their first child

Global RnB superstar Rihanna and her rapper boyfriend A$AP Rocky have welcomed their first child.

According to TMZ, the 34-year-old ‘Diamonds’ hitmaker gave birth to a bouncing baby boy on May 13. The couple has yet to make any announcement on the same.

This will be Rihanna and Rocky’s first child following the couple’s coming together after several years of friendship.

Rihanna was last seen out in public on May 9 in Santa Monica, California, when she and Rocky left Los Angeles posh Italian restaurant Giorgio Baldi.

News about Rihanna’s pregnancy came to light in January when she was photographed walking through New York city with a baby bump.

The couple would later hold a photoshoot in the city’s Harlem neighborhood to commemorate the revelation.

During the shoot, Rihanna rocked a pink, Ksh.908,000 Chanel coat, over a pair of ripped light-wash jeans.

The lavish coat was buttoned only once at the top revealing the singer’s rotund baby bump underneath, draped in a gold body chain, with a crucifix and jewels. 

The songstress, who has been linked to Rocky since 2010, posed with her hands in her pockets, further pushing out her baby bump for the world - and the elements - to ogle at, as they posed in the icy-looking streets of Harlem.

Although the love birds have always been close since doing a tour together in 2010, rumors of the two dating did not begin up until Rihanna broke up with Hassan Jameel in January 2020. 

During an interview with the GQ magazine in May last year, Rocky, 32, said he thought he would make an incredible dad, and that his baby with the multi-award winning singer, would be ‘very fly’.
