Visiting U.K drill rap group NSG has been accused of harassing and insulting Kenyans after a video of an alleged altercation at a Chicken Inn outlet in Nairobi went viral.

The rap group, who are slated to perform tonight at the Diamond Plaza, Parklands, are said to have caused a scene after being repeatedly told to wait before they would be issued with serviettes.

The story was made public by Instagram influencer Elodie Zone who claims that, while she was in a queue waiting to be served, an alleged NSG group member walked up to the female cashier and demanded to be served with serviettes.

According to Elodie, the female cashier politely asked the man to wait as she was already handling another customer, and that's when he allegedly started cussing out the cashier and people in the queue.

Elodie says that, at some point, she decided to speak up and calm down the man who then proceeded to walk to their vehicle and came back with several other alleged members of the rap group who caused an even bigger scene.

According to the former radio presenter, the Friday morning squabble happened at around 2.30am and attracted the ire of other Kenyans who immediately stood up for the female staff and helped calm matters.

Elodie alludes to a 'short little man,' whom she claims is an NSG member, for instigating all the drama.

A video shared by Elodie shows people shouting inside the fast food outlet, as people swarm around them, attempting to diffuse the situation.

The members have, however, taken to Twitter to defend themselves, claiming to have much respect for Kenya and distancing themselves from the allegations.

"People believe anything they see on social media it’s sad! How can you believe NSG members will come Kenya and disrespect Kenyans in their own country like be for real! Out of UK this is probably one of countries that support us and give us most respect and we always reciprocate", they tweeted.

In yet another tweet, the popular group added; "The person said they have video evidence and in the video not a single NSG member in sight! Be for real. You hear UK accent and automatically it’s a NSG member. Be careful of what you put out or know your facts before you speak this is defamation of character and that’s a crime."

NSG's Kenyan concert happens on Friday night, even as some people on Twitter are calling for a boycott of the concert and asking the group to be honest in their version of what transpired.
