Kenyan YouTubers Jules, Lornzie, Ivy, and Shikie, who formed the popular channel 'Over 25,' have announced their split after 7 years.

The four content creators sat down for a "final curtain call," announcing that this would be their final video as a group.

The creators took part in the 55-minute video to recap the 7-year journey and how the channel founded nearly a decade ago impacted them as a group and individually.

"It has not been an easy decision to make but as Over 25, we now feel that it is time to take a step back and figure out WHO we are now seven years since we started this journey," the creators said.

Although they did not rule out the possibility of reuniting in the distant future, the creators stated that the winds of change had brought them to a fork in the road and forced them to take a step back.

They did not go into specifics about their split, other than to say that a lot had changed in the time they had been together.

"In this time, we have had marriages, babies, career changes, break-ups, make-ups, graduations, birthdays, and even final goodbyes; as happens with many things in life, sometimes you need to pause and regroup. Is this the end? We cannot say for sure. Will we be coming back? Possibly. Just not right now,"

The creators who had ventured into merchandise--watches and clothing--encouraged their fans to consider purchasing the final round of their merchandise.

Despite their success as co-creators, the four women also create a variety of content on their respective channels.
