Nairobi: 4-year-old boy hospitalized after being defiled by mother’s boyfriend

A four-year-old boy is recuperating at a Nairobi hospital after his mother’s boyfriend, a boda boda rider, allegedly defiled him several times.

The minor, a PP1 pupil, is said to have been sodomized by the 32-year-old suspect multiple times whenever his mother was absent.

The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) stated that the minor recounted his awful experience at the hands of the perpetrator to his teacher, who then reported to the police.

“The child recounted to his teacher how his mother’s boyfriend a boda boda rider, would engage him in the unnatural act after beating him up whenever his mother was away,” the DCI said in a statement on Thursday.

The investigative agency further revealed that the teacher filed the police report after noticing that the pupil was in severe pain while at school.

Detectives based at Parklands Police Station then moved with haste and apprehended the boy’s mother as well as her boyfriend.

The pair is being held in lawful custody awaiting arraignment as probe into the case continues.
