Alfred Mutua's wealth now at Ksh.462M, increased from Ksh.420M in 2022

Appearing in parliament on Sunday for vetting, Mutua said his wealth has increased by Ksh.42 million since he was last vetted as one of the Cabinet Secretaries in President William Ruto's administration. 

In 2022, Mutua revealed he was worth Ksh.420 million. 

"The Ksh.462 million has been about 9-10% normal growth in terms of land value and growth in the industries. My net worth is made of assets that I have like homes, land where I do some bit of farming and a few businesses that I have," Mutua revealed. 

Mutua is among the previous cabinet secretaries who were re-nominated after President Ruto dismissed his entire cabinet following nationwide protests against his administration. 

Since coming to power, Mutua has served as both Foreign Affairs and Tourism CS. If passed, he will be holding his third ministerial position in the Kenya Kwanza government.
