Alliance ‘bullies’ to settle case out of court

The assault case involving six Alliance High School students has been withdrawn after the complainant and the accused agreed to solve the matter out of court.

Appearing before Kiambu Law Courts Senior Magistrate, Daniel Musyoka, the six form four students were asked to go back to school and continue with their studies.

The media was barred from covering the case.

The six Form Four students had been accused of unlawfully assaulting and injuring Shadrack Nzuki, a form one student at Alliance High School.

Last month Alliance High School Principal, David Kariuki, applied for early retirement following allegations of bullying at the school.
