Angelina Jolie’s ‘Fan’ Wants Ovaries Removed Too

Osbourne, much like the actress, says that she has the 'cancer gene' and plans on taking the preventive surgery route also.

Angelina Jolie announced on Monday that she has had her ovaries removed, two years after her double mastectomy to prevent the onset of cancer.

Ousbourne made the revelation on The Talk as the hosts discussed Jolie's brave decision and said: 'I actually do have the cancer gene.'

She said that her mother made all of them get tested after she found out that she had it and got her double mastectomy.

'I agree with this 100 percent. I know that one day I will eventually have to do it too because if I have children, I want to be there to bring them up. I want to be there to support them in every way I can,” said Ousbourne.

She said that she applauds Angelina for removing her ovaries because she's bringing attention to this, and people are now going to go out and get tested for it.
