The Australian government has issued a travel advisory for its citizens in Kenya, citing threats of terrorism.
The government has asked its citizens to exercise a high degree of caution in Kenya as terror attacks could happen at any time, in locations popular with foreigners and tourists.
They further warned their citizens to be alert in public places, including shopping malls and places of worship.
The advisory listed Garissa, Mandera, and Marsabit as risky areas, advising their citizens against visiting these regions.
