Candidates for Principal Secretary Positions Interviewed

Among the 110 persons shortlisted for the posts include former permanent secretaries, heads of state corporations, ambassadors and private sector players.

Led by their Prof Margaret Kobia, the commission chair, the body is expected to interview 40 candidates in closed door sessions by the of Friday.

The Public Service Commission advertised for PS posts last month after President Uhuru Kenyatta suspended five Cabinet Secretaries and several Principal Secretaries over alleged graft to pave way for investigations by anti corruption body EACC.
