VIDEO: CJ nominee David Maraga receives Jubilee Party endorsement

It appears a smooth sail awaits David Maraga in parliament with the majority party pronouncing an early endorsement for the chief justice nominee days after the opposition chief gave his nod. Speaking in his Garissa town constituency, majority leader Aden Duale said Maraga had the blessings of the jubilee party and hopes that reforming the judiciary would be his top priority. And as Sylvia Chebet reports, Maraga’s 7th day Adventists community was today offering thanksgiving prayers for his nomination as judiciary’s top in command.
