Court Declines to Reinstate Licenses to Bus Companies Linked to Terrorism

This was after the bus companies – Sabrin, E-Coach, City to City and G-Coach complained that operations of the over 63 PSV buses have been paralyzed rendering Kenyans jobless.

In his ruling, the judge reiterated that it is only fair to hear all the parties in the matter before arriving at any decision.

The companies had sued the state together with the Insurance Regulatory Authority for cancellation of their operating licenses and freezing their bank accounts over allegations that they are linked to Al-Shabaab financing.

The case is set to be heard on April 29, 2015.
