A university student accused of posting hate messages on his Facebook account was freed by a Nairobi court after an earlier bond of ksh 5m was reduced to ksh 2 million following an appeal by lawyers allied to the opposition coalition Cord. Seth Odongo, a blogger, is accused of using his Facebook account to incite ethnic emotions.  Sally Mbilu reports.
