CRA Accuses MCAs of Misusing Funds

Members of county assemblies are spending heavily on foreign trips. At least two counties have spent more money travelling abroad than the amounts officially budgeted for the same while 4 counties have overspent on sitting allowances. And as Henry Githaiga now reports, the commission on revenue allocation and the controller of budget want the senate to be tougher on assemblies misusing funds.
