CS Duale mourns death of Garissa businessman Mahat Kuno

Taking to social media on Saturday, CS Duale announced the passing of the business mogul.

In a warm message of condolence, the former Garissa Township MP termed MK as a 'community elder' saying he had succumbed to a short illness while in Medina Holy City in Saudi Arabia.

“Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un”. “Verily we belong to Allah, and truly to Him shall we return” following the death of our father, elder and Businessman Mzee Mahat Kuno Roble (MK) a short while ago in Medina Holy city, Saudi Arabia after a short illness,” Duale wrote.

The deceased MK is widely known for his business empires in Garissa County and other parts of the country.

Among his landmark property is the ownership of Almond Resort, which is based in Garissa County.
