DP Ruto to launch Kenya Kwanza manifesto on Thursday

The manifesto launch comes after the outfit toured all the 47 counties for economic forums, with the last stopover being in Turkana on June 15. 

During the unveiling of his running mate Mr. Rigathi Gachagua on May 15, Dr. Ruto said his camp had planned 45-day economic discussions in counties across Kenya.

Three teams, comprising six governors, selected MPs and some Kenya Kwanza affiliate party leaders have been steering the DP Ruto’s presidential campaigns across the country. 

They are led by DP Ruto, his running mate Rigathi Gachagua and Amani National Congress boss Musalia Mudavadi.

Dr. Ruto is in the contest to succeed President Uhuru Kenyatta alongside Roots Party leader Prof. George Wajackoyah, Agano Party’s David Mwaure and Azimio La Umoja leader Raila Odinga.

So far, only Mr. Odinga and his running mate, Martha Karua, have unveiled their manifesto.
