Kenya’s economic sector has had its fair share of turbulence owing to constraints in cash flow and a hit on the country’s tourism occasioned by travel warnings imposed on the country by the main tourist source markets.

But the country’s economic outlook for 2016 appears brighter given lifting of the travel bans and reports of better production in the agricultural sector following heavy rains. Terryanne Chebet looks at the what the future portends for the country?
