Governors: Pesa Mashinani Referendum Push Still On
The governors say this is to ensure devolution succeeds in the country.
Council of governors Chair Isaac Rutto, Kakamega County Governor Wycliffe Oparanya and his Kericho counter-part Paul Chepkwony said, there is need for the security docket to be devolved to ensure rising insecurity across the country is dealt with accordingly.
The governors insisted, the government should increase the allocation of funds to counties to 45%.
The governors were speaking at the burial of Robert Injendi, brother to Malava Member of Parliament Moses Malulu.
