Gov’t To Pay Holiday For Black Widow Look Alike

Interior Cabinet Secretary Joseph Ole Lenku says he has already asked the Inspector General of police David Kimaiyo to institute investigations and take action against the officers involved.

The 15-year-old American tourist was reportedly harassed by police officers at Mlolongo who thought she was the wanted terrorist Samantha Lethwaite otherwise popularly known as the white widow.

Lenku says the government will also follow up on the matter with the US embassy and the concerned family in settling the matter, which he termed as an embarrassment.
