A journalist has reportedly been physically assaulted by security officers attached to Second Lady Dorcas Rigathi during a relief food distribution which she graced in Gatanga, Murang'a county.

Soon after recording the Second Lady, her security officers pounced on him and roughed him up.
The altercation was mediated by a police officer, as seen in a video obtained by Citizen Digital.
