Under the leadership of CEO Martin Chesire, KENAS has not only weathered the storm but has also positioned itself as a trailblazer in both the public and private sectors.

The accolades began to pour in on the 6th of October 2023, during the Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE) Employee of the Year Awards.

KENAS achieved the remarkable feat of securing the 1st Runners Up position in the highly competitive ‘Inclusiveness and Diversity’ category.

Additionally, KENAS clinched the 1st Runners Up spot for ‘Best Employer in the Small & Medium Enterprise’ category, a testament to its dedication to cultivating a positive workplace culture that nurtures talent.

The celebration continued at the 12th Edition of the Institute of Certified Secretaries of Kenya (ICSK) Champions of Governance (COG) Awards held on the 1st of December 2023.

KENAS accepted the 1st Runners Up ‘Champions of Governance’ award, further highlighting its sustained efforts in upholding the principles of good governance.

Notably, CEO Martin Chesire was individually recognized as the 2nd Runners Up Champions of Governance in the ‘CEO of the Year’ category, a clear testament to his exemplary leadership in steering KENAS towards governance excellence.

The acknowledgment as the 1st Runners Up for Best Employer in the Small & Medium Enterprise category further solidifies KENAS's commitment to cultivating a positive workplace culture.

The recognition received at the ICSK Champions of Governance (COG) Awards is another feather in KENAS's cap. The 1st Runners Up Champions of Governance award is a testament to the organization's consistent efforts in upholding the principles of good governance.

Mr. Chesire's individual recognition as the 2nd Runners Up Champions of Governance in the CEO of the Year category is a reflection of his exemplary leadership.
