Kenyan rugby faces an uncertain future after the resignation of the Kenya Rugby Union chairman Mwangi Muthee. Muthee tendered his resignation today afternoon less than a fortnight after kenya sevens coach Paul Treu dropped the bombshell ahead of the third round of the world sevens series.
