The Ministry of Foreign and Diaspora Affairs has condemned the bombing of a building in Qatar by the State of Israel.

In a statement on Thursday, the Ministry said that the Tuesday bombing was a clear breach of the sovereignty and territorial integrity, posing a serious threat to regional and international peace and security.

The Ministry urged all parties to exercise restraint and prioritize dialogue while committing to peaceful coexistence.

According to the Israeli ambassador to the United States Yechiel, Israel aims to succeed next time after failing to kill Hamas leaders in an airstrike in Qatar.

"We have put terrorists on notice, wherever they may be .... we're going to pursue them, and we're going to destroy those who will destroy us," Yechiel said in a speech at the U.S. Capitol complex on Wednesday.

Israel attempted to kill the political leaders of Hamas with the attack in the Qatari capital Doha on Tuesday, escalating its military action in what the U.S. described as a unilateral attack that does not advance American and Israeli interests.

The airstrike took place shortly after Hamas claimed responsibility for a shooting on Monday that killed six people at a bus stop on the outskirts of Jerusalem.
