Kitui: Man arrested in neighbour’s house praying while holding cat’s head

A middle-aged man in Kataa village, Kitui County, was on Sunday arrested after he was allegedly found in a neighbour’s house praying while holding a cat’s head.

According to neighbours, the man has been operating around the area praying for people for the past one month.

It is said that he was brought into the house by the owner’s wife to pray for her homestead.

Neighbours who arrived at the scene then called the owner, who was away for a Sunday service at a nearby church.

The man, who was not immediately identified for lack of identification documents, was arrested and taken to Ndolos Police Station as investigations continue.
