List: 20 Heads of State to attend Ruto's inauguration

The Assumption of the office of the President Committee says all is set for the swearing-in of the 5th President of the Republic of Kenya William Samoei Ruto.
The committee which held its last meeting at Moi Sports Centre Kasarani on Monday said they are satisfied with the preparations made and that 80,000 people including 20 Heads of State will attend the ceremony.
Members of the public attending the ceremony are expected to be seated by 8am before the official start of the event.
Citizen Digital obtained a list of 20 countries whose heads of state are scheduled to attend the event:

8. Zimbabwe

12. Ethiopia
13. Guinea Bissau

17. Congo
18. Djibouti
19. Rwanda
20. South Sudan
