Man Dies While Assembling An Improvised Explosive

One person died after an explosive he and three others were allegedly assembling went off inside a flat in Nairobi's Eastleigh Estate. Police have launched a manhunt for his three accomplices who escaped after surviving the blast. This as the government says it has stepped anti-terror operations countrywide with Deputy President William Ruto directing police officers and their counterparts from other security agencies to use maximum force to deal with terrorists.
