Man who killed ex-wife for refusing to go back home arrested

Police in Eldama Ravine have arrested a man accused of stabbing his wife to death after she refused to reconcile and go back to their matrimonial home.

According to the area chief, Alex Marobia allegedly attacked his ex-wife Agnes Mukangala in a salon at Maji Mazuri shopping center and stabbed her multiple times killing her on the spot.

Confirming the incident, Maji Mazuri chief said the suspect was angry with Mukangala after she refused to go back to their matrimonial home.

The mother of one is said to have left their home and went back to her parent’s house after a marital dispute.
